Upon getting back to see the doctor resident got his weight taken and returned to the wheelchair per medical staff directed resident and staff went into a small office area.

What happened

While deflecting and attempting to exit the room resident head butted ACM in the chest and then turned his head to the right and bit ACM in the right forearm.
