Before the incident

Due to me protecting myself from the client continuing to hit me in the face and having to quickly move my arm in a fast abnormal motion contributed to the incident.

What happened

When I went to protect my face and put my right arm up my arm made a weird motion. After other staff had stepped in to stop the client from hitting me I stepped away from the area which is when my right upper arm started to hurt.
