Not having enough staff to manage these difficult scenarios was part of the issue.

What happened

As the staff was helping remove the seating the youth with a closed fist in a downward motion struck the top of my head. This blow was hard enough to make me see stars out of my right eye and I felt my brain collide with my skull.
