1. Resident who was upset about a missed visit trying to attack other residents. 2. Trying to redirect and deescalate two residents who were confrontational and aggressive
What happened
resident punched me in the eye. I was able to redirect one resident outside and called for support. my eye started to swell and i swopped work stations with a colleague to seek medical assistance.
