What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in Bulk Picking reported level 7 pain in their back and shoulder due to stressing it while picking items from the racks. The associate was working in aisle P-15 towards the receiving side of the building and stated that while picking a carton they moved the end onto their cart and tried to turn it to maneuver it into place when it started to spin too much and they reached quickly to grab it and steady it and the motion caused their back and shoulder to start hurting. They then systemically completed their pick tour and drove on their PIV to the desk to notify the picking Supervisor. After reporting their injury the associate was not able to return to their process path. Associate requested to speak to the Concentra nurse line which was contacted and the nurse advised the associate on next steps at that time.
