Before the incident
The employee was going to clean down his area (5S) and went to retrieve water and soap to mop the floor.
What happened
While trying to fill the mop bucket with soap to mop the floor the employee noticed that the material was not flowing through the hose due to the amount left in the tank (low on material). He then tilted the contained so the soap would pour into the bucket but the bucket moved causing the chemical to flow out onto his right leg below the knee to the ankle causing a negative reaction with the soap and skin.
