The supervisor notified EHS who briefly discussed the issue with the employee and asked them to return at [REDACTED] to begin documenting the injury. At [REDACTED] the employee went to the EHS desk didnt see them and left. The next day at about [REDACTED] the EHS Supervisor received a message that the employee had called off due to back pain and planned to visit their own clinic.
