Before the incident

Standing with hands on an electric pallet jack that was under a pallet of finished product. This was right at the edge of a wall opening doorway where forklifts pass thru.

What happened

Forklift operator came thru the doorway didn 't see [REDACTED] standing in doorway and bumped him with the forklift. Pinched his right arm between the forklift and pallet jack.

Bump to right arm causing pain. This also aggravated a previous injury to same arm from May 2024.
