[REDACTED] discovered [REDACTED] lying on the floor unresponsive. [REDACTED] quickly checked vitals and contacted supervisor. When supervisor arrived at [REDACTED] 's workstation they were awake but dizzy and disoriented. [REDACTED] was taken to planer office and given first aid for heat exhaustion. Medcare was contacted. [REDACTED] refused medical treatment. EE went home for the rest of the day.
