What happened

Employee was stacking bag tubs onto the back of a golf cart. Employee was lifting a stack to set on top of stack and they did not fully set in and started to slide back towards employee. Employee then tried to catch and prevent the tubs from falling when his left pinky finger was bent backward and dislocated
