What happened

Employee reported he was coming up with a bundle of metal when the bottom ingot fell off the strap and went under the forklift and was stuck underneath the forklift. He grabbed the department 132 forklift to raise his forklift up a little so he could get the ingot out from underneath and when coming off the forklift I stepped down on a weird angle and sprained my left ankle
