On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Outfitter [REDACTED] informed her supervisor [REDACTED] that she had injured herself while lifting a box onto the line. The Outfitter stated while she was throwing product on the line she picked up a box of ammo with a weight of approximately 35 pounds. After she sat the box of ammo down she bent over to pick up her gloves and felt the pain in her back. First-aid measures were performed and a [REDACTED] call was placed. [REDACTED] sent her for treatment. The Outfitter was informed to return with her doctors notes before her next shift.
