Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a fulltime employee with four months of service sustained a right shoulder injury while performing picking duties on the secondlevel racking at location GK0172 The EE was lifting a 5gallon pail when a pail from the bottom layer of the pallet began to roll In an attempt to prevent the pail from falling the EE quickly set down the pail they were holding and reached to catch the one in motion During this action the EE experienced immediate discomfort in the right shoulder The incident was promptly reported to the EEs Unit Manager First aid was administered onsite and the Axiom nurse service was initiated On [REDACTED] the employee requested a clinical evaluation They were seen the same day and diagnosed with a right shoulder strain Treatment included prescribed medication an arm sling and work restrictions that could not be accommodated at the site A followup appointment on [REDACTED] resulted in the treating physician ordering an MRI of the shoul
