What happened

walked past the [REDACTED] line desk. There was a pallet nearby. [REDACTED] tripped over the pallet and fell into the rack of shafts for the blown lines. [REDACTED] had a small cut on the top of his head a deep cut on his left elbow and pain in his left shoulder. After administering first aid in the office I took [REDACTED] over to the Danville ER.
