EE was lifting a heavy bag while on route. He went to throw it in a toter and his glove caught the drive string of the bag and pulled his arm in. EE complains of pain in his left elbow and forearm. EE also complains of difficulty lifting with the arm. EE iced the injury as first aid and topical cream. EE would like to seek treatment.
