There was a very heavy patient that needed pulled up in bed so I went in to assist She was on an airpal at the time I thought the other staff member was ready to pull her up so I pulled on the airpal slip toward the head of the bed The staff member was not ready so ultimately I was pulling the patient by myself injuring my left wrist in the process
