What happened

At [REDACTED] I went to go check Mr. [REDACTED] and realized that his bed was soaked in tube feeding. I proceeded to gather items to change him and the bed and clean him up. i went looking for help but couldn 't find anyone to help me. I tilted his bed and attempted to turn him. i felt a sharp pull and then a burning sensation in my shoulder. I went out again and finally found some help to finish cleaning him.
