Employee was doing routine monitoring outside shoe covers. He was walking around the outside of [REDACTED] 1 at [REDACTED] when one of his shoe covers slipped off the back of the boot. He bent down to correct it and on returning to a standing position he hit his head on the corner of a vent box. He said it sliced the top-front of his head. He said it did bleed for a bit but he was able to get it stopped shortly after.
