What happened

EE was working to repair an airline for a leak while standing on an unsecure ladder. The ladder was not fully extended and leaned up against a beam. While reaching and torquing to break the seal on the airline the ladder slipped from underneath the EE and he fell 4 ' to the ground. When he fell he landed with a metal bar in between his legs.
