What happened

Material handling associate working in the cold dock was using a pallet jack to move cakes from line 2 to the freezer. He was coming out of the freezer with the pallet jack when he lost his balance. He stuck his foot out to prevent tipping over and it got caught between the pallet jack and the yellow guardrail.
