What happened

[REDACTED] had scooted himself forward in a recliner which meant the recliner tipped from the footrest and was found sitting on the floor. CNAs were giving report outside of his room due to isolation precautions. A group of us entered the room Dr. __ __ __ __and we lifted the patient up under his arms and got him back into the bed. Several of us lifted including Dr. __. My knee felt stiff after this then that [REDACTED] it was difficult to move. It has been swollen and painful since [REDACTED] I have been icing and heating it and trying to rest it since then.
