Dr. was giving a patient an injection - he did not safety the needle before handing it off to me and I did not have a good grip. I dropped the needle to the floor picked it up safety activated and put it in the sharps. I did not realize it hit my leg until [REDACTED] I pulled my pant leg up and noticed a very small red spot - cleaned with alcohol and placed a band aid
