TM was performing a valve change on [REDACTED] 3.

What happened

While performing the change TM had stepped in trough that contained hydraulic fluid. As TM was descending step stool with valve in-hand they went to place left foot onto floor from last step and slipped due to having fluid on bottom of shoe. TM was able to correct themselves to avoid falling but twisted knee in the process.
