Lifting a resident to put back in bed

What happened

I went into patients ' room around 430p to see if she wanted to lay down. She said she did so I move her wheelchair right beside her bed to do a stand and pivot transfer. Patient was very tired so most of her weight was supported by me. When I stood her and turned to sit her on bed a jolt of pain that went from my shoulder to breast area happened as time went on my arm became more sore and my hand started going numb.
