Tightening die clamp

What happened

Employee was tightening a die clamp and the wrench slipped off and he fell back into the hopper onto his elbow. Just above the right elbow was a cut from hitting the chain hook on the hopper. Employee stopped the bleeding and had one of the first responders check the area. Employee was brought up to HR and then drove himself to the medical clinic.
