On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Seasonal associate working in Unloading Returns Trailers sustained an injury to the big toe of their right foot due to a box falling onto their foot. The associate states that they were working in PAM trailer: 210553 in [REDACTED] when the injury occurred.
