Standing in the bucket of a front end loader moving a restraining rope over the top of the manure solids for a floating pump in the empty pit so the solids could be cleaned out of the S side of the pit

Loader operator lifted him to about 4-5 ft off the ground to maneuver him over the top of the manure solids. The driver engaged the loader to reverse. The loader hesitated & then jolted causing the employee to slip out of the bucket onto the concrete floor.
