Employee stated that he went to pick a panel in the wood floor pile. He started to look around for a part that he needed to pick. The panels were not facing long way and decided to go between the panels to look at the part numbers. As he looked at the panels above him he stepped on a rogue piece of wood that had nails sticking straight up.
