Before the incident

Employee was standing between the receiving desk and the printer table. Another employee was unloading a triple stack of double wide crates carrying bumpers each weighing 110lbs.

What happened

After taking the crates off the truck operator made the turn to her left to drop off the crates and hand off to a co-worker. Before the hand off operator bumped the receiving desk and caused it to move and pinch injured employee 's left buttocks between the desk and the printer table.
