Before the incident

Employee was dumping a trash cart (400 lbs 2100 lbs) into the dumpster at the dock area when the trash cart he was dumping fell 3 to 4 feet into the dumpster The employee then tried to pull the trash cart out of the dumpster by a couple of means First by standing on the rim of the dumpster and when that didnt work they got down on their hands and knees and tried to pull it out which was when they felt pain in their lower back area
