I have been working with the patient in [REDACTED] since [REDACTED]. She has been physically challenging requiring multiple person assist for hovermat transfers mobilization to from EOB and boosting. Since initiation of working with this patient I have developed ongoing and worsening back pain making mobilization of patients more difficult.
