Operator mentioned that [REDACTED] there was some discomfort in his back while having another conversation with another operator about a different subject He now reports he is going to the doctor in the AM because he feels the rolling operation is what hurt his back He said he was reaching out to roll up a shade and when leaning back to stand straight he felt some discomfort He thinks the repetitive motion of reaching out retracting while slightly bending over is what caused the discomfort
