Driver was going down a grade holding a heavy pallet with a thousand pounds or more he was holding pallet jack handle while a customer worker was helping by holding pallet on the opposite side IW felt his knees gave out and felt pain he immediately lowers the manual pallet jack so the pallet with product would stop rolling down the grade.
