What happened

Employee was assisting with reinforcing for the concrete pour he began to feel mild discomfort to his lower right side of his abdomen area but thought nothing of it and continued work. As he worked he felt the pain increasing. On the [REDACTED] near lunchtime the employee asked his supervisor if he could leave early to go get checked by his personal Dr and left for the day. Employee arrived to work on the [REDACTED] and was taken to Pro-Active for evaluation
