EE was performing Aircraft Service Change and bleeding a hydraulic line. EE opened the line but hydraulic fluid did not purge as expected.

What happened

Ground spoiler switch was activated by another employee causing the line to purge and spray large amount of fluid into the air and on surrounding objects. EE was in the area and inhaled the mist.
