Associate was removing a bearing retainer nut off of an Allison [REDACTED] The Allison specific tool did not work with the hytorc guns we use for the [REDACTED] so the associate improvised with the aid of a cold chisel. The cold chisel did not hold and it was flung into the associates arm causing a large cut.
