An SA was walking back from the bathroom in a undesignated area where pedestrians are not allowed due to forklift traffic As she was walking back she walked next to an orange cone which was warning associate of a small rail on the ground She tripped over the rail but was caught by another associate The SA is complaining of intense left leg pain and is being taken to the clinic
