Attempting to correct a turned unit on a chain conveyor.

The team member decided to use his back against the unit with his hands under the bottom of it to attempt to push it into the correct position. When this occurred the team member that was injured had his hand under the unit for better leverage. The unit was then moved and while doing so the team member 's two fingers were caught between the unit and the jump rollers.
