Observing belt that came off roller which was causing product to run down infeed system incorrectly.

What happened

Employee attempted to put belt back onto the roller while conveyor system was temporarily stopped. tried to replace belt before they started up again. Conveyor started before belt was on and sharp roller caused laceration to thumb.
