What happened

EE states that while running 14-1 balancer they dislocated their finger when they went to manually weld a weight. They say that they popped it back in place did not want to go to the clinic and just wanted an ice pack. In [REDACTED]) the employee approached EHS and said that they feel the finger did not heal properly case was re-opened and sent for physical therapy of the finger which moved the case to recordable status.
