AE STATES HE WAS HELPING TWO OTHER AVERITT EMPLOYEES TAKE SOME CRATES INTO THE HIGH SCHOOL.

THEY WERE PUSHING THE CRATES WITH A DOLLY TO THE DOOR AND THEN HAD TO LIFT THE CRATES ONE BY ONE TO TAKE INTO THE SCHOOL. HE WENT TO HELP PICK UP THE LAST ONE AND WHEN HE WAS SITTING IT DOWN IT SLIPPED
