Before the incident

Moving sheet metal into position on a fork truck

What happened

TM was stacking sheets of metal after the sheets were stacked he took gloves off and got on the forklift. As the TM turned the lift the sheets slid so he set the load down and repositioned the load with gloves off. Ungloved hand slid down side of sheets of metal causing laceration.
