Trying to replace a VIP water line for inductor that is 10 ' off the ground

What happened

Attempting to use a little use a little giant ladder that was already set up for him that appeared to be all good. TM climbed two rungs and noticed that it was not secured so he started back down the ladder. When he stepped off the ladder the ladder collapsed striking shin and right foot on way down.
