What happened

On [REDACTED] a Warehouse Specialist was doing their normal duties of preparing and packaging parts for shipment in wooden shipping crates. In the course of the days work the Specialist was lifting parts called spools into the crates and moving other parts amongst them. At the end of shift they indicated to their manager that they felt soreness and pain in their lower back area.
