[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were team lifting a heavy bin filled with Square washers. They picked it up together but [REDACTED] was not able to hold the weight and the bin fell to the floor and pinned [REDACTED] 's wrist to the floor with the bin. We gave her an ice pack and she was sent to Concentra in [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was interviewed by [REDACTED] and completely corroborate [REDACTED] 's accounts of the incident.
