Before the incident

Pushing bikes onto a floor conveyor belt from a pallet.

What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. A Team Member on the refurbishment line pushing bikes off a pallet onto a conveyor belt. The bike was not stable on the conveyor belt and it started to fall sideways. The team member attempted to catch the bike while it was falling and in the process of catching it hurt their wrist. They initially attempted to provide their own first aid by taping the injury. They then reported it to their Supervisor where additional first aid was rendered and nursing line was contacted. The Team Member sought an outside medical treatment and was issued temporary job restrictions.
