Coworker was on her way back to line Y after clearing a jam on the conveyor Coworker walked between the pallets and there was some green straps that was cut off the pallet and was left on the floor The straps was underneath both pallets the one with the trays and the pallet with the wraps When she was walking her foot was underneath the straps and she tripped and try to catch herself from falling and her left finger bent back Her left finger is swollen and when she move her finger it hurts So we are sending her out to care now
