PULLING AN EJACK OUT OF TRUCK. HE GOT INTO THE STORE AND THERE WAS A CURB THAT V1 DIDN 'T SEE WHILE WALKING BACKWARDS HE TRIPPED OVER THE CURB FELL BACKWARDS AND THE EJACK RAN INTO HIS FOOT BENDING IT BACK.
