What happened

he received a shock on left forearm by an electrical furnace. He states his right palm and thumb were holding the body of the furnace to complete the circuit. He states his right thumb went numb. On [REDACTED] he states he felt a tingly sensation.

he received a shock on left forearm by an electrical furnace. He states his right palm and thumb were holding the body of the furnace to complete the circuit. He states his right thumb went numb. On 9 5 25 he states he felt a tingly sensation. On 9 12 25 he states he had pain go up his arm. On 9 18 25 he went to urgent care told to take 2 days off work and that it was tendonitis. He signed a statement to say this and the tendonitis was not work related. On 10 23 25 he went to orthodepedic doctor and was given restrictions of no climb setting up extension ladders and no climb into attics. His next appt is 11 20 25.
