Contractor removed grating on drain in order to unplug and empty the water Water was covering the drain hole so it was not visible Associate approached to help shovel around drain and stepped into hole with right leg this caused associate to fall forward onto the concrete with his right houlder Associate reported that he had pain in his shoulder and not much range of motion
